So after the last two years of strangeness I thought it would be a good thing to start up a new blog. There's so much stuff running around my head it will do me good to try and put it into words and who knows, it may be useful to you too? I've been making wooden planes for a living for almost 15 years now. That's mostly on my own in the workshop. There's a lot of stuff that I've learned through experimentation, accident and repetition so I'm going to use this blog to try and keep a record of useful methods and ideas .
